Face To Face Personal Training

(1:1 or small group training options)

Currently I only offer face to face personal training sessions from Plus Fitness in McGraths Hill. (Please note these sessions are only available to Plus Fitness members – visit their website for further information on memberships).

30 minute personal training sessions only. They are delivered to suit your goals, experience, and preferences.

Face to face sessions are for those who want to train in a gym environment, build your confidence and knowledge so that you are comfortable in knowing how to use the equipment, machinery and weights.

Online Personal Training

(1:1 or group training options)

30-minute personal training sessions via zoom, train from the comfort of your own home. The sessions are delivered to suit your goals, experience, preferences, and home location. I design these sessions around any equipment that you do or don’t have.

Online sessions are for those who want a convenient training option, maybe don’t want a gym membership, or don’t feel comfortable in going to the gym. And a perfect option for those Mumma’s out there who are unable to get to the gym.

Personal Training Availability

Face-to-face sessions:

5am-10:30am on Mondays

5am-10:30am and 3:30pm-6:30pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays

Online sessions:

Wednesdays and Fridays

I predominately work with women, but I also work with males too. I have worked with hundreds and hundreds of both male and female clients over the years. My website and content is more aligned and targeted at women, but this doesn’t mean we don’t work with anyone else!

YES, YES and YES! I am a qualified pre and post-natal trainer, so you can have confidence in training with me safely during and after pregnancy! There are so many great benefits of exercising whilst pregnant. 

Please note: I will require a clearance certificate from your qualified health professional, to ensure that it is safe for you to exercise and outlining any recommendations or training guidelines.

Online Personal Training sessions are conducted via zoom at our scheduled session time and you will be emailed/messaged reminders which will contain your zoom link to access the session. 

You will need to use a laptop, ipad, tablet or mobile phone. You will be required to ensure your camera and microphone is on so that we can both see and hear each other at all times, and so I can monitor your technique throughout our session. Basically it works the same as a face to face session, however it is designed around what equipment you do or don’t have at home.

I am a qualified Nutrition Coach. You will get BASIC nutrition support with the Personal Training Package and The All-Inclusive Personal Training Package – you will have the ability to log meal photos (and any notes/comments) in our fitness app and based off this I provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, ideas for alternatives and give you basic guidance in relation to your nutrition and goals. Please note – there is no nutrition support if you are doing the personal training session only.

I get it – burpees, or running, or cardio, or lunges, etc, may not be enjoyable for everyone. Your personal training sessions are 100% tailored to you and your preferences. So, if you absolutely dread or don’t like doing any particular exercises – no problem, they won’t be included in your sessions. At the end of the day we want to ensure you find somewhat enjoyment out of your exercise routine, otherwise it won’t be sustainable or realistic. And there is so many modifications or other exercises that can be done instead!

** To a certain extent – if your goal is to build muscle and you don’t want to lift weights, well there’s going to be a problem there 😂. **

Absolutely! I can plan our training sessions around your existing injury. Your PT sessions are 100% personalised to you and I can also work alongside other allied health professionals (eg. doctor, physio, chiropractor, etc), to get you where you need to be and to ensure your sessions are delivered safely.

Please note: If you have a current injury or are recovering from an injury, a clearance certificate from a qualified health professional will be required, to ensure that it is safe for you to exercise and outlining any recommendations or training guidelines.

I design your training sessions around the equipment you have access to at home. If you don’t have any equipment that’s not a problem, there is still SO much that you can do without equipment, and it still be a challenge! The only thing I would suggest investing in would be an exercise mat if you don’t already have one.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session for whatever reason, you must provide at least 24 hour’s notice. Failure to do so will mean you forfeit the session. If you provide more than 24 hours notice, we can reschedule to another day/time no problems, however, keep in mind that I will always do my best to accommodate the session in the same week, however due to availability this may not be possible.

Unfortunately, at this point in time I do not offer mobile personal training or any face-to-face sessions outside of the gym (Plus Fitness McGraths Hill).

For personal training sessions only – you will be required to pay on the day of the session.

For the personal training package and the all-inclusive personal training package – these are a minimum of 6 and 12 week commitments and are to be paid via a weekly subscription or the option to pay upfront.

There is a minimum commitment time frame on our PT package options.

Personal training package – this is a minimum 6-week commitment, which includes 1 session a week for 6 weeks.

The all-inclusive personal training package – this is a minimum 12-week commitment, which includes 1 session a week for 12 weeks. 

If for whatever reason you are unavailable on any given week, we can do a make-up session in another week in line with our availability. You can also add on any additional sessions if you are wanting to do more than 1 session a week – and these sessions you pay as you go.

Following the 6 or 12 weeks, you can then choose to either: continue week by week, cancel anytime or change package/session options.
